I'm Cre! Welcome to Coherent Care. This practice was built on the premise that women deserve the best concierge care in all stages of womanhood and motherhood. With my background in Education, I foster a love of teaching and advocating; I teach my patients to do the same for themselves. With mental health care, I've watched as patients fall into the cracks of follow-ups with no improvements, and endless visits and diagnoses. I've seen the disparity that women face when it comes to feeling worthy, capable, heard, and acknowledged.

My nursing career began as an ICU-prepared and registered nurse, which led me into training for several other speciality positions within the healthcare field. This ultimately led to the realm of psychiatric and mental health care. Having experience in hospital-centered and private-practice care, I'd grown accustomed to how psychiatric treatment typically operates. My hope for you is that I can empower a sense of peace, an elevated sense of self, and an enjoyment of self-care. We all deserve top-notch care. So, go ahead, indulge in your mental self-worth...
My Story..My Why...
I have often identified myself as a perfectionist and craving structure, so when I became pregnant with my first, my limits and bounds were tested! On top of navigating a first pregnancy, I was diagnosed with the “trifecta” of gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and subsequently taken in for an emergent C-Section. It was traumatic, to say the least. To top it off, I had an intrauterine infection and needed to be given overdosing levels of epidural and pain medication during the procedure. I barely remember holding my baby.
Coming out on the other side of the experience, it left me with postpartum anxiety and depression with the unknown world I was heading into. Mind you, I had previously prided myself on being the “over-prepared” one…and all of a sudden, I became the ill-prepared, ill-equipped and un-educated one unsure of what mental health looked like, and why it was happening to me.
That is how Coherent Care was founded. It comes from personal experience, grounded research and study, as well as education to back up the treatment. My goal is to normalize treatment and therapy for women, of all walks, especially for expectant and postpartum moms. And, it comes from a woman, a mother, a professional, and a supporter. I hope to meet you!
Til then,
Cre
